Mama's Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule: All orders are handcrafted fresh and ship from our kitchen on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday will be prepared and shipped the following week to ensure maximum freshness.

Cooling Pack Option: Mama highly recommends adding a cooling pack to your order, especially during warmer months (May through September), to maintain product integrity during transit. Cooling packs are available for purchase at checkout and help protect your chocolates from melting.

Mama Wants You To Know: Her premium Belgian chocolates are perishable items. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for chocolates that melt due to delays in retrieval after delivery.

Mama's Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of her products and food safety regulations, she does not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final on custom-made chocolate orders.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Mama within 48 hours with photos, and Mama will work with you to resolve the issue.
