Our Production Environment
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in a kitchen that regularly handles the following allergens:
Milk & Dairy (including butter, cream, and milk chocolate)
Tree Nuts (including pecans, pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts)
Peanuts
Wheat & Gluten (including graham crackers, kataifi pastry, Teddy Grahams™, Callebaut™ Crispearls, Oreo™ cookies and Schnieder’s™ pretzel rods)
Soy (present in some Belgian chocolate varieties)
Eggs

While we take every precaution to maintain a clean and safe production environment, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from cross-contamination with any of the allergens listed above. Our products are made in a shared kitchen where these allergens are present at all times.
